I ordered 2 arrangements for Valentines day over $275 worth. The one for my mother was NEVER Delivered, and the other should have been a 18 long stem roses. On the site if they runout they will substitute for equal to or better. What was delivered was terrible. You could have went to Safeway and picked out a better arrangement. Trying to call there help line was also a joke. No one picks up and they are really no help what so ever. I Will defiantly be putting out to all NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!
