I am in NZ and tried to order my mother flowers for mothers day, several weeks before the actual occasion. On mothers day, flowers that were the completely wrong arrangement were delivered so naturally I was disheartened. I called the company and they offered me a $15 gift card for $50 dollar flowers. Clearly, poor business, horrible customer service. If you were at a restaurant and ordered pizza and they brought you steak, they would not merely take $5 off your bill, your bill would most likely be remade to what you asked or your meal would be complimented. Neither of these services were offered to me. I had to call twice, email several times before finally I was placed on hold for 20 minutes trying to speak to a supervisor. Horrible service, horrible. Then FINALLY they assured me they'd re-deliver the correct arrangement the following day... The flowers have yet to be delivered. Very upset with their services, unacceptable business.
