I called several times and waited ten days and three service calls and Windstream just couln't get my service started. LIe, Lie, Lie is all that came out of EVERY employee that I personally spoke with on the phone. They even lied to me about the initial two year contract. Horrible service from the CSR's right down to the repair! Deal with another company if optional rent goes on, but what is a business without their communications.
