We have a 2 year old AC unit that is not working. After spending $90 for the call, we have determined there is a leak but do not know where. Here is what customer service suggests - we fill the freon ($540) which will continue to leak until we find the problem, pay $1200 for a service man to run all necessary checks to find where the problem is. Customer service does not understand these are not acceptable solutions for a problem with their unit. We have been hung up numerous times.
