In four years of owning a Trane AC unit we've have to replace the coils 4 times (freon and labor cost $700-800 each time). Trane customer service is not helpful. They keep sending replacement parts that fail. That seems to keep their local dealer busy with repair business and soon will have us past the 5 year warranty. We would never recommend a Trane product.
