Giving me some run around story about using debit card

For several months into my loan, I used a debit card to make payment on my account. The charge for this was $8.00. Then, I was being told that there was some "glitch" which prevented its going through. They insisted on a check by phone or a wired payment. The check by phone did not clear for several days allowing them to collect the interest on those days, or it cleared immediately in spite of their projected date.

I have checked with my bank immediately after they have told me that the debit payment would not go through and MY BANK TELLS ME THAT IT DOES NOT SHOW SUBMITTED OR DENIED and that there should be no reason that it would be denied. The debit payment was clearly not submitted and I am being given some deceptive reasons for this occurrence.

The more I try to get an answer for all this, the nastier they are getting. They are calling me today already 6 times in spite of the fact that I am telling them I will get back to them TODAY when I get some answers. They do not want to give me the number for their corporate offices.
