I received a call on February 12, offering warranty services for my household appliances. They were suppposed to send out an information packet for just a small postage & shipping charge of $3.95 on my bank card. Within days they had made two more charges to my account. I never received the information packet and yesterday I called to cancel the service. The number on my bank account wasn't for Safe Secure, it was for an appliance warranty service. I also received a letter from my bank with new debit cards yesterday because of a security breach with Heartland Payment Systems. My bank says the two charges were for appliance repair parts.?? My washer and dryer are working fine. If you are experiencing the same problems, call your bank and talk to the fraud department. Have them change your debit card numbers right away. These people already have your name, card number, expiration date and the security code for the card.
