I was sold what was told to me (and an appraisal certificate was provided to me) 2.75 F, VS2 Excellent cut diamond stud earrings. I took the earrings to an appraiser and was given a certified report showing them as 2.13 H, I1 Good quality (lowest on the market). The company won't refund my money so I am taking them to court and suing them. I have also reported them to the LAPD, Attorney General, BBB and numerous others. This company WILL get shut down. There are numerous complaints filed online about them for the same issues, they are frauding customers! I will help these others that may have not had the time or money to pursue justice... They will pay for what they are doing.
