Do not buy from Jewelry by Novel, aka Diamond Beat, they are a complete scam, care nothing for their customers, only taking their money and ripping them off!
I bought what was written on an internal appraisal to be a pair of F VS2,2.75 excellent cut diamond studs. I took them to a reputable appraiser and what I received is H, I1's, 2.13 good cut. The company refused to give me my money back or replace them with genuine stones of the quality promised to me.
I am reporting them to the BBB, L.A. Times and hiring a lawyer. I spent almost 10 K on these! I will see you in court Edwin Novel! Thanks for making this issue 1000 times bigger than in needed to be, your company is the huge loser here!
