I ordered very expensive earrings (onyx and diamond dangle hoops)... Stupid me! I guess the count down time makes you do stupid things! I received the earrings and was very disappointed with the quality. They are very poorly made. I wrote to GILT customer as soon as received them on March 18, and have still not heard back from customer service. It is suppose to be a 24 hour reply customer service. Today I received other jewelry items I had previously purchased. All were not the quality as advertised... Packaging straight from Vietnam. I wrote again tonight but doubt I will hear back. Especially, after reading other complaints online. I am a big Internet shopper and it's their loss. Their quality leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend that anyone contemplating a jewelry purchase to bite the bullet and JUST SAY NO!!! It's a big rip-off!
