Bob at Jewelry Exchange/Jewelry Factory told me that they beat everyone's prices, including Adiamor.com and other internet jewelers. He said they easily do this because they are the largest jewelry buyer in the nation. Once I felt confident in making the purchase, the receipt said the only match within a 15 mile radius! They have a no return policy.
Since then I have seen that I can get my same ring online, but a better quality diamond for $500 cheaper. They will not price match.
I want a refund because I will not support a crooked bait and switch company.
