Calls from prison was getting very expensive so I looked for a better solution. Was familiar with the OTHER (real) PCS and thought I was signing up with them. The company extracted funds from my checking account but did not provide service. I canceled less than 24 hours later because it would not allow calls through. I was told by a representative that they do not issue refunds. This information was not on the sign up web site. I simply want a refund of the original funds to my account.
