I didn't do this simply because I now better. They stated, and I quote, "Please be advised that the prize total of $2,536, 092.23 has been identified as now due for payment, MY NAME. These funds are offered by third party sponsors not affiliated with the Prize Research Intelligence Agency, an independent notification service.
You have been selected, MY NAME, and account No. 0000000000 (not the pin they gave me) has been established in your name, to facilitate transfer to you of complete accounting of prize funds now due.
On the Express Notice Tracking Form below, there are spaces for your initials verifying that you meet the following eligibility requirements. Please initial where indicated, sign and date at the bottom, and return the Tracking Form in the reply envelope provided.
It is important to note that your response must be postmarked by midnight, 02/06, and this deadline will strictly be enforced.
As soon as we receive your signed and completed Express Notice Tracking Form, your claim will be processed and your cash accounting rushed to you by bonded federal carrier."
What a load of crock... Isn't there a way to sue the garbage that wrote this crap up???
