I ordered the HCG Xtreme online on 8/18. I received the bottle about 3 weeks later. I decided against taking the product and called to get an RMA number to return the product for a refund. I sent back the item on 9/20 Certified Mail and have a confirmed signature for the return. I called on 10/06 to confirm receipt of the product and to follow-up on my refund. I was given an Authorization number and was told that I should see the credit within 7 business days. I called again on 11/17 as I had not received a refund and was told that the system was not able to process a electronic refund and that they would send in a request to send a paper check to me. I have yet to receive the check and now when I call the number always says that the business is closed. Now I am not sure as to how I am going to get my refund back.
