I had called to order one bottle of FREE HCG Diet drops from this company back in September. But then right after that call I called again to cancel the order in order to avoid the high price of $89.95 plus the shipping and handling of the medicine. I saw the charge for this product on my credit card statement but never received it. Then I received one bottle in November thinking that that was the missing bottle. But at this time another charge of 99.95 appeared on my credit card statement. When I called the number on the enclosed packing slip, and talked to Eddie, I was told that the product was auto-shipped. I was surprised to know that since I did not sign up for any auto-ship program. Anyways, he told me that in order to get a full refund, I will need to send the product back with the RA number written on it. I also talked to him about the lost bottle that I had never received. First he gave me a big run around saying that he could not refund me for the ghost bottle that had disappeared. He totally refused my request to tall to a supervisor or a a manger. After a long discussion for half an hour or so, he said that once they received this bottle back, they will reimburse me for the cost of this bottle plus the $50.00 for the lost one in 30 days. So I shipped the product back with Return To Sender, and the RA number written on it per Eddies instructions.
According to my records this product was received in their California office as of 11/28 but I have not received the refund check of $150.00 yet. Nobody answers their customer service phone, and there is always a recording at the phone number 800-969-0160 stating that the office is currently closed and call back during the normal business hours. Well, no matter what time the call is made, the same recording is played so I dont know how else to contact them.
I have just written a letter to the 20100 address to see if that will get any results.
