I ordered "Ring No More" on 4/23/10. After receiving the product, I took it with the proper dosage and received no results. Before the 30-day trial period was up, I called with an attempt to return the product for a refund. A very nice guy told me that they wanted me to try it longer to get the results I was looking for, and they would send me another bottle for free (that should have been my first clue it was probably a scam). So since he was offering it totally free, I accepted his offer with the understanding that my trial period had been extended. When I got the second bottle free, I continued taking the product with continued "no results." So I called back before the extended trial period was over to get an RMA number for a return/refund. I was given an RMA number and told that it may take up to two months to see my refund on my credit card bill. I did a delivery confirmation on the return item (both bottles) and know that they received my package on 7/16/10. It has now been two months and no refund. I am out $89.98 and looks like I won't be getting my refund. Very upsetting... Tinnitus is hard enough to deal with and now someone wants to scam those trying to get some help from this disorder!
