Once again, I am writing to advise you:
1. I have filed a class action lawsuit against Nue Products.
2. I have notified the Better Business Bureau.
I ordered a SEVEN DAY TRIAL on April 7 at 11:19 PM, in the amount of $5.95.
On April 10 I received an email from Nue Science: Cell Revival in regard to "Shipment Confirmation", along with tracking # 9102901002011624581651.
Shipment was delivered on April 12 at 3:34 PM, from Deerfield Beach, FL 33054.
* Please note: I opened NOTHING other than the box and tampered with NONE of the contents. *
On April 13th, I visited the Nue Products web site and realized that "collagen" is in your products. I have an Auto-Immune disease called "Scleroderma" in which my body produces too much collagen. Therefore, I am unable to use your product.
I notified you by email, and explained my situation and asked that you cancel ANY and ALL future shipments and to "DO NOT BILL ME FOR ANOTHER SHIPMENT", in addition to calling your "Customer Service" line 8 times with NO ANSWER!
Of course, I HEARD NOTHING FROM NUE PRODUCTS, and on April 26, my Bank Account was charged $98.16, which overdrew my account and I was charged by my bank an additional $35.00. On this day, April 26th, I sent yet ANOTHER email to you "unresponsive" "Customer Service Department", and... They just don't answer the phone!!! I advised in my email, that you PLEASE advise ASAP and to reverse the charge to my bank card. Yet. NO RESPONSE from anyone at Nue Science.
Therefore, you leave me no choice to join in the thousands of others in the Class Action Lawsuit. NEVER in my life have I been treated in such an unprofessional manner, and I DEMAND a response to this email.
