Non responive customer service

For the past 4 months I have not been able to use the Roxio VCR to DVD Converter program that I purchased. It has not functioned from day one, and the ongoing Emails from "Customer Service" must be being handled by "First Graders".
Pick up a phone and call me if you are at all interested in resolving my problem. I will pay for the call.
