ON April 2O, I not only ordered the trial (14 days) I also ordered an additional bottle for the sale price. To day 9 May I noticed I my account was charged $79.41. I did not request auto monthly shipping nor did I request any further product. I did not receive the product until 24 April and due to the directions did not start the product until 25 April Today is day 14 and I went to contact the company regarding the charge and to cancel. The product is fine seen some results what my complaint is is that I already have a full bottle beyond the trial and they still charged me... On top of that you can do an easy cancel but you receive this message that you've already been charged so no need to return the item and your request for cancel has been processed. You cannot return to sender you have to have a return number. So you have to call them... However... The time difference means for me that I cannot speak to someone until 12 today. There isn't even a fax number to fax a reply and a request to. This is defining poor business practice and apparently the 4 day trial is not upon receipt and by direction appropriate for the customer.
