Paypal required for the sponge to be returned to China before I could get a refund.in addition, paypal requires on-line tracking, which the USPS stated China does not allow for online tracking to the country. So basically you are screwed in getting a refund and paypall is still allowing Rios Shoes to use them as an avenue for this fraud.
