I foolishly ordered a pair of shoes without looking 1st at complaints. Paypal paid out the money and I received a shower cap from China as did most of the other people who ordered. Email to Rios goes unanswered. A complaint to Paypal was resolved in my favor, but they said I have to return the shower cap to China at my expense and provide PP with tracking numbers—this will probably cost $10! For what is clearly a scam! Why doesn't PP pick this up and refuse payment to this vendor? And why do I have to return the cap! Rip off!
