I'm very upset because I did my baby registry at target and was sent a catalog in the mail with the missing coupon for a $20 gift card. After going up to the store to inform them of this I was promised by a guest services member on the phone at the store that I would receive this coupon by email. This never happened and after 4 trips to the store I've yet to have this issue resolved. I'm very upset and feel as I've been given the run around.
