I ordered a pair of shoes on 4/17 and paid with PayPal. The site said it would ship in 1-2 days. I didn't hear anything and the acct. Page just stayed at "processing". I tried to contact them to find out when they'd be shipped, but they didn't return my emails. I found this site tonight and saw that there were a lot of complaints on this merchant. Some mentioned that after several weeks they received some small item (ex - a sponge instead of shoes) and were told by PayPal that the merchant could show that they'd shipped a package, so they couldn't do anything. A person on this site managed to get help by speaking to someone directly at PayPal. I immediately emailed Kelly-Mall and cancelled the order. I used the PayPal phone number that someone on this site recommended to notify PayPal that I had cancelled before shipping. She was very nice and credited the money back immediatly. On PayPal's confirmation email the merchant was listed as clothmall and the owner listed as Xiaoling Zheng. I really appreciated the comments that told me what to do before it was too late. I just found the site tonight and it already helped.
