I was contacted by a female with a heavy Indian accent - she passed me off to a man who called himself Andrew Rogers a web certified tech WMIC 3596. He was with Global Connect Cloud and like the others I was told my computer was about to crash and he would help me fix it. I was shown a 30,60 day, 1 year plan ant 2 year plan. I was pressured into taking the 2 year plan and charged it to my credit card. Since I am not really tech savy, I foolishly let them mess with my computer. The next evening, I received another call from an Indian man who wanted to sell me virus protection. I told him no way. I to tried the toll free number, 347-468-9607 (which is not toll free) and got a gibberish response. How I wish I had not done this - will call mastercard this evening to try to stop payment. Beware!
