I was checking my account online when I saw the charge an I knew I didn't make it. I called the phone # listed on the details of the purchase and they told me it was for some swim goggles; I don't swim. The lady had my name and address right. She said that she would cancel the purchase and refund my money back to my account. How does this happen?
