The YMCA took over SPORTS FIRST GYM located in Trussville Alabama. Then under Mr. Neil J Nicoll's watch as National Director of the YMCA, they took the funds the swimmers had in the swim team account. Money the kids had worked hard for to help support the swim team. Now the Trussville YMCA is telling the kids there is no more swim team, their money is gone and no more coach. The coach who was a mentor to the kids on the swim team and loved by all, was terminated wothout cause. The United Way and all who support the YMCA should stand up for these kids, and their coach. Mr. Nicoll has failed to. I have allways thought that was what the YMCA was about?
