Newport Swim and Fitness Center
Cancel membership and be charged $120 anyway!
I signed up for fitness club membership at Newport Swim and Fitness Center. When I decided to cancel in the April 16 they said that they can only cancel starting from June 1. When I expressed concern that I dont like it that they are going to charge me $120, they said this is how the billing works, and there was nothing they could do.
If I am not using services I dont have to pay. This should be a rule.
People and owners of Newport Swim and Fitness Center, Why, do you want your customers to hate you???
