Agon Swim Company "Mr. Rafa"
Did not deliver swim ware order that was purhased. Claims order was mailed (never received). Will not replace order and will not refund money. Company requests consumer pay for another order

Placed an order for school swim team ware from Agonswim. Order was never received.

Called Agonswim more than 10 times to resolve this order that was not received. Agonswim was rude, offensive and uncooperative. Refuses to replace missing order and refuses to refund any money. Claims they mailed it and therefore they are not further responsible. This order was necessary as it is for a school swim team. Agonswim refuses to assist any further and stated if I need the school swim ware, place another order. This is a very bad company.
