I received a collection letter from a Mr. Cutler at A.C.A. Recovery Inc.informing me I owed $774.95 to Local US Pages. First, I don't advertise my business; second I did not make this contract that he says he has a recording of; and third he threatened to take me to court. I never received a bill from this company not to mention that I've never heard of it. I will be reporting this scam to the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Comission.
