CC Recovery and Yellowpages Local Directory

CC recovery is charging us for a Bill from Yellowpages local directory. They claimed to get authorization for listing in local pages.
They sent us a bill for 499.99
and now with late fees and collection fees are demanding $855.19

I already have told Yellow pages that they did not get authority from the Corporation executive or obtain a Purchase Order for the listing. They said our employee's authorization was good enough.

I have also asked CC Recovery to take me to court but are instead threatening to put me in collection and ruin my credit for 7 years.
