I signed up for a trial offer on Nue Science skin care product for $0.99. I was first offered to sign up for $4.99, and decided to opt out. A pop-up message then came up to try the product for a $0.99 shipping charge. I signed up. Only when I received my credit card bill did I find out that the company charged me for a product I did not order! There was no mention of any automatic re-supply nor even the cost of the product. If I had known the cost to purchase the product was $105.28, I would have never signed up for a trial! I do not buy expensive skin products. I have since called their customer service, 1-800-895-2698, and canceled my future orders, but was still being charged the $105.28. Apparently, they do not give refunds because they claim that it is all in the Terms and Conditions. The cost of the product should never be placed in the Terms and Conditions only, it should be obvious in the website. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau to report this company's poor business practice!!!
