The company above advertises a 7-day free trial of their product.in their terms & conditions they require a non-refundable payment of $3.95 for shipping. It also states that within 14 days they will automatically ship a 60-day supply and charge $89 plus shipping.
Before the 7-day free trial is up they charge your credit card for the 60-day supply. Noticing the charge, I call to have the charge removed and they refused stating that there are no refunds and that they can stop further shipments from going out.
Even though the terms and conditions state that you agree to the automatic shipment, the implication is that you will have at least 7 days to try the product. Their argument is that agreeing to the terms and conditions puts you on the automatic shipment immediately.
Why would anyone agree to have more of a product shipped without having first examined it through the free trial? These people scam artists and are only looking to swindle people out of their money. They don't care anything about validity of the product at all.
Please get the word out to as many people as possible. They need to be stopped.
