I ordered a free sample from Nue Science on February 12. Their website said only that I would pay. 99 for shipping and handling. There was no indication of any further obligation on my part.
On March 14 I discovered that I had been charged $98.16 by Nue Science on February 28, so I called them and was told that their Terms and Conditions state that you must contact them within 16 days to prevent the $98 charge. I looked through their website and could not find their Terms and Conditions anywhere.in spite of this, they refused to refund my money, even if I send back the product.
I like this product, but I will never buy it again. I do not like dishonest business practices. If it is such a good product they shouldn't have to resort to underhandedness to sell it.
