Dr. Robert Friedman, ophthalmologist, located at 1001 Park Avenue, New York, NY told me that my visit would be covered by Medicare, but after the visit, sent me a bill for $65 for a glasses examination that I told him I did not need because I don't even wear glasses! He and his office staff refused to take off the charge because they are scamming every senior citizen on Medicare and are interested in padding their pockets by stealing old people's money. This doctor is a thief, plain and simple.
