On March28 I used the ATM in your store#0970 in Alpharetta, GA. It issued me a statement but it did not issue my $100. It did deduct it from my account. I verified this with the assistant manager when he called the ATM company Cardtronics. I waited from 5:00 to 6:45 in the store until I agreed to leave based on the fact that my bank (Chase) wold reimburse me the following day. The assistant manager and manager were VERY cooperative and nice but there was NO Protocol to follow so it was very frustrating. No one really knew what to do and i wasn't about to leave without something substantiating I would get my $100. Meanwhile, I was in charge of a birthday party for 3 people at 6:00. I had the gifts, cards and was responsible for part of the bill at the restaurant. Needless to say I was NOT happy that I missed most of the party and the food. I hope that you remove the ATM's so other people do not experience this frustration OR have a satisfactory protocol set up. Meanwhile, my bank did not reimburse me the next dayl which was aggravating. I did finally get the $100 reinstated a few days later.
It would be nice to receive a gift card for all his mess or financial reimbursement for the dinner.
