Horrible Service. Horrible. Our new treadmill sat broken for several months, after 1 month of usage. Nordic Track sent us several different replacement parts, without instructions, and we couldn't figure out how to fix it properly. A technician was sent out to fix it for us, via our warranty service with UTS. The technician was rude, in a hurry and uninformative. He was unable to fix our machine and left saying that he would return in 3-4 days with a different part. A month later, he still did not return, after many phone calls and e-mails to try to get the situation resolved. We finally gave up - returned the treadmill and asked for a refund from UTS. They would only give us a prorated refund even though their service was awful and the cause of us returning the treadmill. Really horrible.
