We have had our NordicTrack treadmill for almost 3 years now. The first year we were under the NordicTrack warranty and had no problems getting the issues we had with the treadmill fixed. We made the biggest mistake of our lives when we bought this extended warranty with UTS. Our treadmill has been broke for 2 months now and I have called UTS SEVERAL times to get parts ordered and have a service tech come and fix it. I have been told 3 times by the rep on the phone at UTS that a service tech will be contacting me in a few days to come and repair the treadmill but NO ONE has called yet and it have been months! Not sure how this type of customer service is OK when you purchase a warranty product. Are we all supposed to just give up and buy a new treadmill? NO we paid for this warranty and we better get something out of it. I guess my next step is going to be to contact the Better Business Bureau since this service does not warranty their products like they should.
