I've been using ChangingShape.com for almost 4 months now. I was hesitant at first but I’m really glad I signed up!
At first, I found the online program a little difficult to navigate but Matt was extremely helpful. He asked what my goals were, created a customized workout and meal plan for me, and followed up with me to see how it was going. When I got bored with my current workout plan he created another one for me and again followed up. Both times I was able to edit the workout plan online and tweak it as needed.
Also, Matt charges a LOT less than any other online trainer I've found. Do some research and I have no doubt you'll find the same. You get a great deal for the price offered.
Online personal training is what you make it. As far as I'm concerned, everything the site promised, it delivered. If you sign up and have a problem or don't like something I highly encourage you contact them. They are super friendly and prompt to respond!
