I ordered 2 face creams on 20th March on a 14 day free trial basis, I received them on the 24th March, today 5th April I phoned customer services to cancel only to be told that a total of £139.90 {$221.50} was taken from my account yesterday the 4th April, when I pointed out that as I'd received them on the 24th March it was in no way a 14 day free trial and could I have a refund the reply was no refunds, refer to terms and cons and the only option was to cancel which of course I did.
