On March 19 I followed a link that enabled to me to receive a free trial of Mystique anti ageing cream and Mystique instant wrinkle smoother, I was informed that I would need to pay the postage and packaging fee 0f £2.49 for which I gave my debit card details this amount was taken for each product. On the 4 April they then took another 2 payments from my card completely unauthorised 1 of 59.95 and another 1 of 79.95
I am absolutely horrified that a company could get away with this
how do I get this money back? And will they try to take more cash from me?
