I ordered a 14 day free trial of 2 creams on 3/20 they arrived on the 25th, I phoned customer services today to cancel only to be told they had taken the money yesterday{4/4/12} when I said I hadn't received the goods until 3/25 so not 14 day free trial I was told no refund only option was to cancel, expensive at £139.90 {$221.50}
