Took advantage of free offer from Mystique in February paying £4.95 p&p for two samples, only one of which was received. Emailed firm on 1st March to tell them that I did not wish to purchase their product. On checking CC statement now find that they have obtained£59.95 from my account on 8th March which I did not authorise. No product has been received and they are saying I will not be reimbersed as I have not returned the product within 14 days. I am a pensioner who can ill afford to lose this money and will continue to pursue Mystique for its return. This is an out and out scam.
