At the store, my child grabbed a Q-Tips and the store manager, Stephen Bates, screamed, "That's not a toy!" He yelled it in a condescending manner in front of all the clients, causing my son to cry. I then went and told him calmly that he should speak to me instead of yelling at my son. He then began to violently dispute with me in the store saying he would call the police and security and that he could speak to my son directly. He then wanted us to leave the store and a person that treats a child like that should not be a store manager.
