I ordered 2 Mystique trial creams on offer for £5.98. On 3rd March. There was NO information about direct debit orders every month. I was in shocked when I couldnt withdraw any money from my bank so checked my statements and they had taken 2 payments - £79.95 and £59.95 on the 14th March and a futher payment on the 10th April for £64.95.
You have to put a complete STOP on your card in order to stop them taking money.

I have read that phoning this company will only cost you money, they use a premium rate number and you are placed on hold forever... So dont phone them!
