I ordered the product for free to try... And didn't care for it... I called and cancelled, got a very rude rep who said I have to return the unused bottle within 10 days. To make sure, I called customer service at the end of the week and they said no notation to cancel was made. I informed them to CANCEL and rep made note to cancel and gave me cancellation number (which I 'had' to ask for). This was 3/30. On 4/5 I received a 'new' jar of DermaPure and a charge to my MC of $75. I called 'AGAIN' and they said it was shipped 3 days before my 'second' call. I asked why the rep didn't tell me, and the response was: "Well, you didn't ask"??? I rec'd another cancellation number and am shipping this back. It was now take 2-3 weeks for the charge to get credited. DERMAPURE is a SCAM - Be Careful!!!
