So I go online to try out Dermapure's "risk free trial". Sounded good enough, I had 14 days to try it and all I had to pay for was shipping which was nothing. I happy submitted my request and waited for the product. I then noticed a deduction of $80 from my account from Dermapure. I called their customer service department and they told me that my 14 days started the day they sent out their product to me, and if I didn't let them know how i liked it before those 14 days were up, i would be billed. The thing of it was that I didn't receive their product until 4 days after the trial period. They wouldn't give me a refund without me sending the product back or if i wanted to keep it, i would only get $20 back on it. It's such a scam. The product is the tiniest bottle of moisturizer and definitely not worth as much as they are charging.
DO NOT submit a trial request for this product unless you are prepared to be cheated out of your money.
Their customer service is horrible as well. They kept making up excuses that their manager was not available and that they weren't able to transfer calls to the manager on duty.
