I received a pop-up for Dermapure on Rachel Ray website. I signed up for $1.95 free trial. I did not know that I joined anything. I never received the product so it must have been stolen from my property. I then was charged $94.90 and they sent a second jar of dermapure. I sent it back and cancelled the so called membership. I can't get back the initial money $91.90. I did receive a credit for the second bottle but had to pay shipping. I filed a complaint with the BBB along with 287 other people. BBB has given DermaPure an "F" rating and are looking into this. This should not be allowed to happen. We need protection from scams. Our credit cards should not accept "foreign fees"
