I tried to order the dermapure and kollagen intensiv duo trial order. They are ordered separately, however. The kollagen order went through. I couldn't get the dermapure order to complete after many attempts. Finally I gave up on the dermapure and called kollagen to cancel their product. The number on the website is bogus. I now felt the whole thing was a scam. I called my credit card company who couldn't help until the charges posted. I finally located another number for kollagen and they cancelled the order. All of this happened within an hour of placing the Kollogen order. I received a full refund from kollagen. Then I received a package from an unknown vendor which I marked "refused" and returned through the same shipper. I just found today a charge for $4.95 and $89.95 from dermapure. I called dermapure. I found out the package I received and refused was the dermapure product. After much go around, the dermapure representative refused to reverse the charges. I called my credit card company who found that dermapure order had gone through for 4.95 and subsequently reversed a week later. (Proof the account was in fact cancelled. How come the dermapure rep didn't see the credit and tell me that?) My credit card company is refusing to pay the charge of $89.95 to dermapure as "under dispute", and has credited my account.
