When searching for tickets. And paid £265.00 I sent a request later to ask where we would be sat as we heard nothing as we paid so much they replied we don't know as seating plans can't be confirmed exactly.
Seven days before event still heard nothing, so emailed then I got an email saying they were a reseller of tickets and we were not guaranteed to sit together me, my wife and my five year old, we finally received what is described as a copy of three tickets with someone else's name on the with a face value of £50.00 each.
My advise, never use this company complete ripoff.
