I purchased what i thought were $75 dollar circus tickets and received the tickets by mail the following day only to learn that the face value is $25 and after visiting the venue to inquire on the validity of the tickets, I was told the events center could not guarantee access to the event with the photo copy of what appeared to be a ticket. After purchasing new tickets from the events center, I called the Official online ticket number listed on the website and was told that I was informed the face value of the ticket was not equal to what I was being charged. That is untrue or I never would have authorized the charge on my credit card. I would say on a scale of 1-10, they get a 1 for awful service and additionally make claim that I was scammed and would highly recommend you don't buy tickets from "Official Online Tickets" ever, unless of course you don't mind having your money stolen by dishonest ticket brokers.
